He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Villar Entrolizo Deal; his parents, Willis Harry Deal and Ruby LaVelle Boyd Deal; his son John Willis Deal, Jr.; and his brother Harry Deal.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Norman Deal (Sandra) of Sumter, SC, Rona Lee Burke (Jack) of Sumter, SC and LaDonna Natilie Millender (John) of DeRidder, LA; and his sister Mary Jane Smith. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bullock Funeral Home (1190 Wilson Hall Rd, Sumter, SC 29150). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Bullock Funeral Home Chapel (1190 Wilson Hall Rd, Sumter, SC 29150). A burial will be held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at the Sumter Cemetery (700 W Oakland Ave, Sumter, SC 29150).
