She was predeceased by: her husband George Byard "Mac" McEwen; her parents, Grover Cleveland "G. C." Gardner and Inez Gardner; her brother Grover B. "Buddy" Gardner; her stepson Chip McEwen; and her son-in-law Dale Rodberg.

She is survived by: her children, Eddie Wilder (Renee), Donna Boyle (Barnes), Lisa Ray and Kim Rodberg; her stepdaughter Laura Fogarty (Tim); her sister Patti McWhirter; her grandchildren, Robert Wilder (Ali), Austin Boyle (Erika), Davis Boyle (Sara), Bradham Wilder (Natalie), McCain Moore, Grayson Moore (Olivia), McCauley Jones (Christopher), Alex Rodberg, Olivia Rodberg, Evans Boyle (Emerson), Mary Myers Rodberg, Katie McEwen, Michel Fogarty and Liz Anne Fogarty; and her pet Hope. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
