He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Ray Melber and Mildred Lucille Depew Melber. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Myers Melber; his children, Scott Sines of Virginia Beach, VA, Frank Melber of Dallas, Steven Sines (Denise Bittner) of Florida and Angela Crumpton (William) of Bluffton, SC; his sisters, Marlys Anderson of Arizona and Karen Hopkins of Maine; and his pet Penny. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
