He was predeceased by: his siblings, Albertine Squires, Calbreth Hucks, Edna Floyd, Lacy Hucks, Clarence Hucks, Florine Hardee and Allen Hucks.
He is survived by: his son Big Ed; his wife Lillie; and also, Ed Hucks, Sr. and Orella Magnolia "Nolie" Allen. He is also survived by three children and their families, Cynthia (Doug) Smith, Edward Frank "Buddy" (Julie) Hucks, and Nancy "Tootsie" (Jeff) Billings; 9 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Mr. Ed Hucks may be made to the CLEMSON UNIVERSITY Class of 1949 Golden Anniversary Endowment.
