It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dreyfus Winter Hutson (Sumter, South Carolina), who passed away on January 2, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Krell Hutson and Erline Mathis Hutson. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Wilson Hutson; his children, Joey Hutson (Lee) of Sumter, Dana Hutson of Sumter and Wendy Hutson-Duque (Mo) of Sumter; his grandchildren, Tiffany Hutson (Jon), Shannon Hutson, Joseph Hutson, Gabriel Hutson, Lindsay Hutson and Christian Duque; and his siblings, Marilyn Weathersbee, Shirley Ellison, Willie Hudson and Raymond Hutson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sumter First Church of God (1835 Camden Hwy, Sumter, SC 29153). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
