He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Smith, Sr. and Juanita Tomlinson Smith. He is survived by: his wife Magaret Ann McLeod Smith; and his sisters, Karen S. Owens (Clay) of Charleston and Cynthia S. Mappus (Rick) of Johns Island. He is also survived by one niece; and three nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Concord Presbyterian Church Cemetery (3350 E Brewington Rd, Sumter, SC 29153).
