She was predeceased by: her parents, Spivey Rowell and Janie Rowell. She is survived by: her brother Bill Rowell (Elaine) of Blythewood; her nieces, Jennifer R. Dagenhart (Danny) of Blythewood and Rebecca R. Munger (Chris) of Blythewood; her nephew Will Rowell of Pawleys Island; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Landon, Emma, Hailey, Noah, Reese and Janie.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Andrews Memorial Cemetery (656 Old Cemetery Rd, Andrews, SC 29510).

“Sorry to learn of the passing of Charlotte. She and I grew up at Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Sumter, SC and graduated Edmunds High in 1968 after spending many years together in public schools in Sumter. We lost track of each other for a few years after college, but would see each other at AUMC periodically. Charlotte always spoke a kind word when we would see each other. She taught several of my sons at ADMS and helped develop their English skills at an early age. Barry Reynolds”
