She was predeceased by: her husband Dewey Sidney Rickard; her parents, Plum Dewit Warner and Ethel Lorine Troublefield Warner; her daughter-in-law Edith Ann Rickard; and her siblings, Ethel Rickard of Margaret Jeffords, H. B, Jack Warner, Evelyn Newman, Merrill Warner and John Warner.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Rickard (Dianna), Pete Rickard and Billy Rickard (Emma Lee); her grandchildren, Robbie Rickard (Suzanne), Kevin Rickard (Angie) and Ashlee Riggs; her great grandchildren, Zachary Glenn Rickard (Madison), Aubrey Holladay (Jordan), Baileigh Wooten (Cameron), Harrison Rickard and William Henry Riggs; and her great great grandchild Mallory Rickard.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home (515 Miller Rd, Sumter, SC 29150). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Crosswell Baptist Church (604 Mathis St, Sumter, SC 29150).
