He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin M. Jones and Doris Deas Jones; his former wife Darla Raye Burgess Jones; and his brother Calvin Dale Jones. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Tisdale Jones; his daughter Dallen Jones of Sumter; his stepdaughters, Brittany Wellborn (Trey) and Laura Ashley Miller (Bruce); his grandchildren, Max Miller, Emma Miller, Jack Wellborn and Lily Wellborn; his daughter Jennifer McLeod; and his legged boys, Reesy and Peanut.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Concord Presbyterian Church Cemetery (3350 E Brewington Rd, Sumter, SC 29153).
