She was predeceased by: her siblings, Roberta Powell (Dick), Sullivan Witherspoon (Margaret), Clyde Witherspoon (Annielee) and Norwood Witherspoon. She is survived by: her daughters, Dale M. Mellish of Sumter, Delores M. Parnell (Gene) of Camden and Denise M. Steele (Frankie) of Batesburg; and her sister-in-law Tootsie Witherspoon Coward (Mendel). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.
