For Wiley is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Edwin Johnson, Sr. and Elizabeth Wiley Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Susan Ramsey Johnson of Summerville, SC; his brother Dr. Walter Edwin Johnson, Jr. (Jeannie) of Augusta, GA; his sisters-in-law, Anita Ramsey Alexander of Summerville, SC and Edith Ramsey Livengood of Sumter, SC; and his pet Summer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parks Funeral Home (130 W 1st N St, Summerville, SC 29483). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Summerville Baptist Church (417 Central Ave, Summerville, SC 29483). A burial was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at the Summerville Cemetery (1128 Boone Hill Rd, Summerville, SC 29483).
