She is survived by: her sister June Whittle of Chester, GA; and her children, Ronald "Gene" Embry Jr. of Taft, TN, Roger L. Embry of Stuttgart, Russell D. Embry of Salem, VA and Melinda D. Lewis of Summerville, SC. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
