She was predeceased by: her husband Henry T. Choma. She is survived by: her parents, Alfred Small and Geneva Small; her daughters, Cathy Barna and Penny Males; her brothers, Elwood and Everest; and her pet Precious. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren.
