She was predeceased by : her parents, Jessie James Chattman and Mildred Grasty Chattman. She is survived by : her husband Richard; her children, Christina Bohannon (Michael Tidwell) of Summerville, Christopher Bohannon of Summerville and Richard Bohannon of Summerville; and her sister Candy Ryan of North Charleston. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel (2180 Greenridge Rd, North Charleston, SC 29406). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
