He was predeceased by: his parents, Leward Parker and Rita Boisjoli Parker. He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Parker; his daughter Laura Parker (Ester Behar); his stepdaughter Laura Godley; his grandchildren, Aviva Behar, Ari Behar and Joelle Behar; and his pets, Milo, Molly and Maizy.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James A. Dyal Funeral Home (303 S Main St, Summerville, SC 29483). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery (4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29229).
