He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine "Kathy" Janney of Summerville, SC; and his father Don Janney. He is survived by: his children, Donald "Don" P. Janney (Melissa), Kyle L. Janney (Rebecca) and Chelsea J. Matthews (Ryan) of Summerville; his grandchildren, Millie Jean Janney, Ellison C. Matthews, Sawyer P. Janney, McCrea L. Janney, Macie Jean Matthews and Lanie Katherine Matthews; his mother Eva Shattuck; his stepfather Trevor Shattuck of Summerville; and his siblings, Jeff Janney (Renee), Kathy Fried (Dick), Colleen Creech, Cindy Lockey (Henry) and Rebecca Tweed (Buddy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
