She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Traxler and Melba Harris Traxler. She is survived by: her husband Vincent Owens; and her children, Robert L. Bruce (Reneé) and Robin L. Bruce-Batson of Summerville, SC.. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
