He was predeceased by: his father Jerry; and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his daughter Beverlee; his son-in-law Nicolas; his granddaughter Freya (Mother Caroline); his brother Patrick; and his sister-in-law Heidi. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
