She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay Edward and Mary Graham (Lipe); and her siblings, Billy Graham, Paul Graham and Norma Barber.

She is survived by: her husband Edwin Owens; her daughters, Cathy Quinn (Bob) and Donna Cox (Ben); her grandchildren, Lindsay Kubaryk (Ben) and Daniel Sasser; her stepgranddaughter Sarah Quinn; and her sister-in-law Martha Graham.

Visitation was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Parks Funeral Home (130 W 1st N St, Summerville, SC 29483). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Summerville Presbyterian Church (407 S Laurel St, Summerville, SC 29483).

Donations in memory of Jo Carol may be made to Summerville Presbyterian Church or Dorchester Paws.
