He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Libby; his parents, Leo Francis and Ruth Ethel Libby; his children, Debra Libby Williamson (Brandon) and Cody Neal Libby (Elizabeth); his grandson Owen Libby; and his siblings, Dianea Gross (Daniel) of Lansing, Michigan, Lisa Libby, Monica Libby, Leo Libby of Summerville and Michael Libby (Janie) of Walterboro. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
