He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Duncan and Camilla Jones Duncan; and his siblings, David Duncan, Sandra Inabinett and Cathie Kidrick.
He is survived by: his son Brandon Allen Duncan; his sisters, Therese Duncan Selbee and Nancy Walsh; his niece Amber Jones; and his friends, Jill C. Weeks and Denise W. McEwan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
