He is survived by: his wife Maggie; his sons, Gil Gatch and Lance Gatch; his former wife Heather Lee Gatch; his daughter Claire Boswell Gatch; his former spouse London Weidberg Gatch; his daughters, Tilly Marguerite Gatch and Sofie Lavender Gatch; and his brother Larry Gatch.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Summerville Baptist Church (417 Central Ave, Summerville, SC 29483). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at the Summerville Cemetery (1128 Boone Hill Rd, Summerville, SC 29483).
