He was predeceased by: his mother Loretta Brooks; his daughter Sharron Norfolk; his stepson Michael Marsengill; and his siblings, Beverley Ann Garcia and Larry Norfolk.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Norfolk of Summerville, SC; his son Ashley Norfolk (Christie) of Greenville, SC; his stepdaughters, Kathy Watts of Summerville, SC and English Wilson of Summerville, SC; his grandchildren, Easton Norfolk, Ryder Norfolk, Jonny Watts, Brook Watts, Madison Watts and Chandler Parker; and his great grandchildren, Ellis Quiat and J. D. Watts.
A reception will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Brookhaven Fellowship (285 Temple Rd, Ridgeville, SC 29472).
