She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Emory Cannon and Elsie Mae Robinson Cannon. She is survived by: her children, Ron Forsythe (Sarah), Jason Forsythe (Angela) and Pam Crawford; and her grandchildren, Hailey Moore, David Crawford, Sarah Crawford, Elizabeth Garris and Alexandra Forsythe.
