It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Crouch of Summerville, South Carolina, born in Chester, South Carolina, who passed away on July 3, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Barnes Brown and Olga Byers Brown; her siblings, Elizabeth "Betty" Morrison, Virginia Blocker, Callie Brown, Pete Brown, JB Brown and Leo Brown; and her son-in-law Michael Owens.

She is survived by: her significant other Johnny E. Crouch, Sr.; her children, Diane Silva (Dan) of Houston, TX, Sheila Ammons (Mike) of Ridgeway, Kim Wilkinson (Steve) of Birmingham, AL., Tammie Owens of St. Stephen and Johnny E. Crouch, Jr. (Sherry) of North Charleston; and her sister Joanne Sistar of Lancaster. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to Tunnel to Towers, 2361 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10306.
