She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Barnes Brown and Olga Byers Brown; her siblings, Elizabeth "Betty" Morrison, Virginia Blocker, Callie Brown, Pete Brown, JB Brown and Leo Brown; and her son-in-law Michael Owens.
She is survived by: her significant other Johnny E. Crouch, Sr.; her children, Diane Silva (Dan) of Houston, TX, Sheila Ammons (Mike) of Ridgeway, Kim Wilkinson (Steve) of Birmingham, AL., Tammie Owens of St. Stephen and Johnny E. Crouch, Jr. (Sherry) of North Charleston; and her sister Joanne Sistar of Lancaster. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
