As Constance departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Constance may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Constance leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Kesler and Gladys Kesler; her husband Withrow; her sister Carol J. Murdoch; her daughter-in-law Jane A. Hardman; and her former husband James N. Hardman.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas N. Hardman of Spencer, WV and Teresa L. Eggerud of Summerville, SC; her brother Carl E. Kesler of Troutville, VA; and her stepdaughters, Linda DeWees of Glenville, WV and Karen Osborn of Jane Lew, WV. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Oak Hill Church (3221 Main St E, Oak Hill, WV 25901). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the High Lawn Memorial Park (1435 Main St E, Oak Hill, WV 25901).
