With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Buford Clinton Garmon of Summerville, South Carolina, born in Kenvir, Kentucky, who passed away on November 13, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Buford Clinton may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Davis and Jewell Davis. He is survived by: his wife Helen T. Garmon; his daughter Rebecca Garmon Hinders (Kirk); and his grandchildren, Ian M. Hartle, Justin Hinders, Krystal Hinders, Jillian Hinders and Christian Porter.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the James A. Dyal Funeral Home (303 S Main St, Summerville, SC 29483). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel (303 S Main St, Summerville, SC 29483). A burial will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at the Dorchester Memory Gardens (11000 Dorchester Rd, Summerville, SC 29485).
