She is survived by: her parents, Janene Schmidt and Gregory Jay; her husband Zachary Gonya; her children, Liam Gonya and Lillian Gonya; and her siblings, Jamie Piper Brown, Donald Piper, Justin Jay, Joshua Jay, Gregory Jay, William Green and Kelly Brown.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the King's Grant Homeowners Association Clubhouse (222 Fairington Dr, Summerville, SC 29485).
