He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia Anita Cullum and Raymond F. Cullum, Jr.; and his birth father Alvin Darrell West. He is survived by: his wife Sandy West; and his grandchildren, Chloe Parrish and Aiden Parrish. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wyndam Garden of Summerville (120 Holiday Dr, Summerville, SC 29483).
