He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Thomas Waters. He is survived by: his mother Joye Waters; his sons, William Vernon Waters, Jr. (Kori) and David Adam Waters (Jill); his close friend Michelle Woodall; his grandchildren, Ella Rose, Kailyn Rae and Caroline Grace Waters; and his sister Lisa Sheridan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
