He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Frank and Marie Irene Perry. He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Perry; his children, Renee, Nicole (Chuck), Robert, Steven (Kim) and Wain (Mary); his grandchildren, Brandon (Abbi), Gabe, Eli, Isaac, Grayson, Jacob (Faith) and Megan (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Benson, Wyatt and Holland. He is also survived by family members and friends.
