He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Causey and Addie Mae Causey; and his sister Wendy DeWitt. He is survived by: his wife Renee; his pet Brindle; his sisters, Judy Barton (Malcolm), Wanda Bryson (Tommy) and Nancy Vick (Doug); his daughters, Dawn Lewis (Mitchel) and Nikki Berry (Donnie); and his stepsons, BJ and Adam Kelley. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
