He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bell, Sr. and Dorothy Conway Bell; his brother Robert Bell; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Dana Moberg, Jr., Kenneth Moberg and Lisa Moberg.

He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Betsy Moberg Bell; his brother William Blakely Bell (Rose Marie) of Warrington, PA; his siblings-in-law, Beverly Moberg Goldsmith (David), Vivian Bell, Bruce Moberg and Wayne Moberg; and his nieces and nephews, Dana Moberg (Lindsey), William Bell (Kimberly), Robert Bell (Joanie), Michael Bell (Catherine), Kenneth Moberg, Jr. (Carolina), Leslie Dather (Noelan) and Rebecca Roter.
