He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Williams, Jr. and Agnes Elizabeth Mahony Williams; his wife Bonnie Anne Williams; and his sister Patricia Anne Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Dr. Robert Michael Williams of Mt. Pleasant and Geraldine Williams Waring (Gerry) of Saluda. He is also survived by two nieces and seven nephews.
