He is survived by: his siblings, Mary O. Snow, Devore Osteen (Diane) of Pacolet, SC, Robert Osteen (Cathy) of Gaffney, SC and John Thomas Osteen (Nancy) of Spartanburg, SC. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
