It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Edward Foster (Startex, South Carolina), who passed away on August 10, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Mance Sr; and his nephew Sean Foster. He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Foster; his parent Beatrice Thompson Foster, Sr.; his sons, Charles Foster, Jr. of Greer, SC and Kevin Foster (Amanda) of Duncan, SC; his grandchildren, Braeden Foster of Greer, SC, Kiana Foster and Aiyana Foster; and his siblings, Roy Lee Foster, Danny Ray Foster, Mance Foster, Jr. (Jackie) of Duncan, SC, Bobby Foster (Jannie) of Wellford, SC and Shirley Ann Foster of Greer, SC.
