He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Minier. He is survived by: his mother Linda Minier; his wife Cynthia Sigsby Minier; his children, Nathan, Andrew, Mathew Minier, Sophy Archambault (Paul) and Megan Zapitella (Alexander); and his sister Debra Minier. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
