He was predeceased by: his parents, Cherry Hale and Mary Frances Hale; and his brothers, Troy and Michael Hill. He is survived by: his son Shon Kelley; and his sister Tammy Webb (Mark). He is also survived by two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel to help with Tony's funeral expenses.
