It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Dale Burton of Starr, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on January 13, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Burton and Ellen Garrison Burton. He is survived by: his wife Cherry Smith Burton; his children, Roger Dale "Rod" Burton (Dawn) and Hope Burton Howard (Mitch); his grandchildren, Chase Burton (Ashton), Tanner Burton, Malloree Howard and McKinlee Howard; and his great grandchild Braxton Burton.
