She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Albert and Mary Teasley Carnes; her son William Edward Ramey; and her siblings, Judy Carnes, Dale Carnes and Vance Eugene Carnes.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Ray Ramey (Norma Jean), Brenda Ramey, Linda Harper and Elaine Reese (David); and her siblings, Roger, Donald, Albert Carnes and June Carnes. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
