He is survived by: his parent Annie Ivester Baxter; his spouse Janie Baxter; his sons, Brad (Donna), Brian (Amy) and Bruce (Tonia); his brothers, Oland (Betty Jean) and Bobby (JoAn); and his grandchildren, Amber, Lacy (Jayson), Emily, Landon, Bailey Isom and Garrett Lozier.
