She was predeceased by: her parents, George Haynie and Martha Haynie. She is survived by: her close friend Terry Garnett; her children, Herman Eugene Hightower and Elizabeth "Jasmine" McCardle; and her pets, Max and Sassy. She is also survived by 1 granddaughter; 2 grandsons; 3 grandchildren.
