He is survived by: his children, Matt Mycko and Brandi Lollis (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Justin, Landon, Braydon and Ashley; and his siblings, Marty Simpson, Melinda Dooley and Sharon Green (David). He is also survived by four nieces.
