She was predeceased by: her husband William Henry Wideman; her mother Martha Calhoun Ferguson; her children, Henrietta Wideman and Willie Elmer Wideman; her siblings, Chaney Ruth Latimore, Zina Calhoun and James Ferguson; and her grandsons, Bruno Earl Geer and Prince Rodriquez Freeman.
She is survived by: her son Betty Jean Wideman; her siblings, William Henry Wideman and Mattie Lou Ferguson; and her grandchildren, Robert Middleton and John Lee Ferguson. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of relatives.
