He is survived by: his wife JoEva Smith of Anderson; his children, Tarinton Smith (Tina) of Anderson and Natalie Smith of Anderson; his brothers, Willie James Smith (Marion) of Starr and William Smith (Sheila) of Starr; and his sister-in-law Joyce Smith. He is also survived by Five Grandchildren, Five Great Grandchildren, a host of Nieces & Nephews, and relatives and friends.
