She was predeceased by: her parent Serenus Kennerly; and her spouse Robert Stokes Fanning, Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Lucy Katherine Boyleston; her sons, Robert S. Fanning, III (Patricia) and Al Kennerly Fanning; and her brothers, John Robert Boyleston (Loretta) and Richard Eugene Boyleston. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
