He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Willis Baxley and Lula Rosalee Still Baxley; and his brother David Baxley. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Williams Baxley; his children, Kimberly Toole (Bobby) of Aiken and George Christopher Baxley of Springfield; and his siblings, Lois Cromer of Blackville and John Baxley of Springfield.
