He was predeceased by: his wife Navy Hall Harley; and his son Gary Harley. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Sloan (John R.), Amy Reed (Michael), Eddie Harley (Susan), Wilbur Harley (Brenda) and Donald Harley (Kim).
