He is survived by: his children, Donnette Jeffcoat (Irving), Tammy Black, Donald "Little Donnie" Ray Black, Jr. (Janet) and Todd Black (Rene); his grandchildren, Brad Jeffcoat (Keri), Megan Lee, Tiffany Long (Ralph Jr.), Kayla Black, Sean Adcock (Sara), Chris Adcock (Kana), Kevin Adcock (Erin) and Taylor Russell; his great grandchildren, Dalton Scofield, Bryce Jeffcoat, Logan Lee, Tanner Lee, Jacob Long, Faith Rebolj, Abby Rebolj, Raylan Black, Dean Black, Yujin Adcock, Keiji Adcock, Yuka Adcock, Addison Adcock, Aubrey Adcock and Benjamin Adcock; his girlfriend Debbie Whittle; and his siblings, Patricia Shumpert, Marie Bussey, Johnny Barden and Katheryn Swain (Stewart).
