She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur James Hill and Minnie Lee Rachel Hill; her husband Billy Salley; her sons, William Harold Salley, II and James Mitchell Salley; and her grandson-in-law Robert Cartwright.
She is survived by: her children, Lydia Salley Allen of Orangeburg, Pamela Salley Cooper (Henry) of St. Matthews and Steven Salley (Misty) of Cope; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Allen (Matthew Weeks), Lee Allen, Kelly Cooper, Lori Padgett (James), Regi Cartwright, Bekah Cooper, Claire Durr (Justin) and Anna Brown (Joey); her great grandchildren, Haiden Padgett, Wyatt Cartwright, Rylee, Caroline Durr, William, Clint and Reed Brown; and her sister Dot McQuaig of Thomasville, GA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
